Welcome!

PHFY is a community-based program involving partnerships between a wide range of education, health and social support service providers for Port Hope youth (13 to 21 years of age).

The PHFY initiative recognizes that basic needs for stable accommodation, supportive relationships, and physical and emotional health must be attended to.

The goal for PHFY is to provide a place for young people to access support services while pursuing their high school education. This is a comprehensive program that will encourage disengaged youth to reconnect with education, and gain opportunities to support healthy lifestyle choices.

If there is anything you would like to share here, including PHFY Bulletin Board changes, upcoming workshops, youth events and industry news, please contact Lynn Eves at Northumberland Child Development Centre, lynn@ncdcent.com or 905.885.8137 ext. 223.

Thank you!
