There are three different types of groups. Bright Starts for Babies for expectant and breastfeeding mothers. Participants can receive vouchers for fresh food and prenatal vitamins. Bright Starts is a parenting support program for parents with children 0-6 years of age. Parents share information about how their children grow and learn. Parents also receive help to deal with the everyday stress of parenting and daily life. Going Places is a parenting support program for parents from age 16 to 25 who are continuing their high school education. Parents receive gifts for their success along the way. Transportation and child care are available for all groups. |
