After your child is referred to play therapy, the Play Therapist will contact you to make an appointment to screen your child for eligibility for this service.

The Play Therapist helps guide the child through this learning process and works with the family and other caregivers throughout the process.

In play therapy, the child uses play to share and talk about how they are feeling.  They are able to work out issues and learn new skills to help them cope.
